Dr. Adam Drobot
Dr. Adam Drobot
President and Chairman OTW
Dr. Adam T. Drobot oversees an applied research organization of more than 220 researchers who are involved in many aspects of internet, broadband and information networking, and software technologies. Adam's government and public sector group is the single focal point that concentrates all Telcordia Technologies, Inc. government growth resources. Prior to Telcordia, Adam managed the Advanced Technology Group at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). He also served as Senior Vice President for Science and Technology in his 26 years at SAIC. Adam has been the principal or key participant in the development of several large, scientific code systems. He has published more than 100 journal articles, and is a frequent contributor to industry literature. He currently holds 16 patents. Adam is the 2007 recipient of IEEE's Managerial Excellence Award. He holds a BS in Engineering Physics from Cornell University and a PhD. in Plasma Physics from the University of Texas.

Ronald J. Rosenthal serves as Chief Executive Officer, OTW Enterprise Solutions, LLC. Prior to this, Ron enjoyed a distinguished government career with many successes along the way. He held various management posts within the Department of Defense including Principal Assistant, Acquisition, Programming & Budgeting for Director Air Warfare, Program Director for the Enterprise Solutions Program Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). At NAVAIR, Ron was assigned as the Program Manager for the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Program. He was responsible for the reengineering and standardization of Navy-wide processes through Business Process Reengineering and the coordination of ERP-related activities within the Department of the Navy. He led the initiative to implement the enterprise-wide modernization of acquisition, financial, and logistics operations using business enterprise software by converging four pilot projects into the Navy ERP Program. Ron led a program team of over 450 personnel. Ron has received many awards for achievement and performance including the prestigious Association of Naval Aviation Edward H. Heinemann Award in 1999, the Presidential Rank Award in 2000, the Department of the Navy Superior Civilian Service Award in 2008, and was a 2008 Federal 100 recipient. Ron has a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M.
 
Dr. Lawrence Delaney

Dr. Delaney held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations and President and CEO of the Advanced Systems Development Sector of the Titan Corporation. He retired as Vice President, Special Programs, L-3 Communications, which acquired Titan in 2005. Dr. Delaney was Chairman of the Board, CEO and President of Areté Associates from 2001-2003. He was Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Acquisition) and Chief Information Officer from 1999 to 2001. Dr. Delaney held the position of Acting Secretary of the Air Force in 2001. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Schafer Corporation and Engility Corporation and as a Board Member on several high technology companies.
 
Joseph Rhyne

Joe Rhyne has more than 25 years of experience in the electronic publishing and allied industries. His most recent position was the senior vice president of technology for the Thomson Corporation where he was chairman of the Thomson chief technology officer council, and was responsible for organizing technology efforts throughout Thomson. Prior to his joining Thomson, Joe was vice president and general manager of business information services (BIS) for Lexis-Nexis. Prior positions have included vice president of market data services for Quotron Systems, Inc., and corporate vice president, operations and systems planning, for Paine Webber. He also gained national account and market management experience with AT&T Long Lines. Joe served in the United States Army for five years, with three years working in project management for the development of tactical command and control systems. He has a B.S. in engineering from the United States Military Academy, an M.S. in computer science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar). He currently sits on the faculty of Columbia University for the Executive Master of Science in Technology Management.
 

Richard Trutanic

Richard Trutanic is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Somerset & Company, a private investment and asset management firm, focused on private equity and alternative investments. Previously, Mr. Trutanic was a Partner, Senior Managing Director, and member of the Board of Directors of Groupe Arnault S.A., a private investment holding company owning controlling interests in Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy and Christian Dior. An accomplished senior investment executive, Mr. Trutanic has also served as a Managing Director of the Carlyle Group, a leading global private equity firm. Mr. Trutanic currently serves on several private company boards, is an investment advisory board member with several institutional clients, and is a Trustee of the New York Life Mainstay Funds.
 
Robert Sterling

Bob Sterling brings to the Board of Directors deep experience in the US and abroad as an entrepreneur and strategic adviser with a specialty in commercializing new technology. As an entrepreneur, he has been involved as a co-founder, officer, director and early investor in numerous companies over the past 30 years. He began his career as a Wall Street attorney; taught law; lectured in business strategy; worked as an investment banker and since the 1960s has invested in early stage companies. Bob is a life member of DAV.org. He received a BA from the University of Virginia, an MBA and a JD from Columbia University.
 
Dr. Richard I. Hadden

Dr. Richard I. Hadden has fifteen years experience as an investor, cofounder, principal investigator, and manager of startup companies in the USA and Europe. Businesses founded in telecommunications, software development, speech recognition, medical devices, and phylogenetics have acquired investor, investment banking, competitive grant, congressional discretionary and commercial bank financing. He has acted as a Principal Investigator for the National Center for Excellence in Economic Development and Entrepreneurship, and was a Principal Investigator, Senior Research Scientist and founder of the Biomedical Acoustics program at the National Center for Physical Acoustics. Richard has a BS in Math/Physics Vanderbilt University, attended medical school at the University of Mississippi, and the USAF School of Aerospace Medicine. Earlier in his career he served as a full time urgent care physician, USAF flight surgeon, scientific programmer analyst, and a particle physics researcher. Richard holds medical licenses in Mississippi, Vermont, and Minnesota. He has been published many times and has been honored with several fellowships and awards during his career, including an Air Force Achievement Medal for service during classified overseas deployment.
 
Daniel G. Wolf

Daniel G. Wolf is the President of Cyber Pack Ventures, Inc. specializing in consulting on a variety of information assurance, intelligence, and homeland security topics. Prior to this Dan was the Director of the Information Assurance Directorate of the National Security Agency (NSA), where he held the responsibility for implementing an information assurance strategy to protect government communications and networks carrying classified national security systems information. Dan held many high level positions at NSA throughout his 39 year career. He has received numerous awards including the Presidential Rank Award of Distinguished Executive in 2003, the Presidential Rank Awards of Meritorious Executive in both 1996 and 2001, the Department of Defense Distinguished Civilian Service Award in 2000, the DoD Medal for Meritorious Civilian Service in 2006. He also received the NSA Exceptional Civilian Service Award and the NSA Director's Distinguished Service Medal. Dan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Case Institute of Technology, and a Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (Computer Systems) from the University of Maryland College Park. He is also a graduate of the Senior Executive Fellow Program at Harvard University (Kennedy School of Government) and the Federal Executive Institute (FEI) in Charlottesville, VA. For the last eleven years he has been a member of the Adjunct faculty of Howard Community College. He is also an adjunct assistant professor at the University Of Maryland University College in the Graduate School of Management & Technology, teaching homeland security courses.

Admiral Jerry Johnson

Admiral Jerry Johnson serves as a Director or Trustee on several Corporate Boards and non-profit organizations. He has extensive experience in government service, defense related industries, financial services, and national defense security programs. From 2002 to 2004, he served as Chairman of the Board for the 385-thousand members of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA). Admiral Johnson currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Smiths Detection Inc., and Smiths Interconnect Inc; Vice President and Board of Directors for Wartsila Defense Inc; Director for TYCO Telecommunications, Inc., and OpenTechWorks, Inc. He is a volunteer Trustee for the Naval Aviation Museum, Pensacola, FL; the Board of Advisors for the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs; and Board of Governors for The Early and Pioneer Naval Aviators Association (Golden Eagles). A native of Texas, Admiral Johnson attended Texas A & M University before entering the Naval Aviation Cadet Program. Commissioned and designated a Naval Aviator, he served on active duty for almost 38 years.  His final assignment was the Vice Chief of Naval Operations.  He was also designated as Navy's "Gray Eagle, the longest-serving naval aviator on active duty. Admiral Johnson is a graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, Ca. and The Defense Intelligence College in Washington, DC. He was awarded a Doctor of Strategic Intelligence (honoris causa) from the Defense Intelligence College.
Dr. William Grossmann

Dr. Grossmann has over 45 years' experience ranging from scientific research, engineering analysis and design, technology discovery and development, software application development, strategic analysis and planning. Dr. Grossmann has held positions of Adjunct Professor of Applied Sciences, New York University; Research Professor of Applied Mathematics and Associate Director Magneto Fluid Dynamics Division at New York University’s Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, New York City, NY, and is currently adjunct Professor in the department of Aerospace and Ocean Engineering at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, VA and senior vice president, Europe, for Global Project Design, Berlin, Germany. Additional positions have been Director of the College of Plasma Physics, International Center for Theoretical Physics, Trieste, Italy; Manager of ABB’s Corporate Research Program in Engineering Systems Integration, Heidelberg, Germany; CIO for ABB Germany, Heidelberg; Chief Knowledge Officer for ABB Kraftwerke, Mannheim, Germany; Director of Business IT Alignment, ALSTOM Power, Paris, France; Chief Scientist, SAIC Consulting, London, UK. Dr. Grossmann has served on numerous industry and government panels as well as several Boards of Directors, and is often a key note speaker at international science and engineering conferences.
